Curing Arthritis & Inflammation

Diet

I am now 65 years old (never thought I’d get there) and I am developing some pain in my wrists and knees. The doctors tell me it is osteoarthritis.

So I have done lots of research on arthritis to develop a plan to reverse this disease- and hopefully eliminate it entirely!

From my research, I developed a 6 prong plan.

  1. Diet
  2. Herbs
  3. Exercise
  4. Regenerative Medicine- I am starting treatments with QC Kinetix
  5. Increase Water Intake
  6. Panchakarma

Diet

For me this has been the easiest part.

  • Avoid any processed foods, especially sugar, bread, pasta, and deep fried foods.
  • Increase intake of whole foods, and buy organic whenever possible.
  • Here is what I have been eating…
  • Breakfast-
  • organic steel-milled oats (I cook a chopped apple with it and add cumin and ginger)
  • organic eggs with steamed millet (kind of like grits but better for you)
