For each salad bar, we serve you a party platter of your choosing from the list below. The toppings are served in separate compartments, so your guests can create their own, unique salad OR mini sandwich. Since the toppings are served separately, they are great for your vegetarian and gluten-free guests (as well as your carnivores!!). In addition, we send a chopped green salad, sliced LeBus dinner rolls, sweet butter, on the side. You also get cookies & drinks to round out the meal!  We cook and slice everything each morning… you will taste (and see) the difference!  If you ever have a specific budget you need to meet on larger events, please let us know and we can probably work with you!
