This class is hands-on and we will be tasting them all… obviously!! These recipes are all fresh and easy-to-make at home to wow your guests over the summer
Caribbean cooking is a fusion of many different countries- French, Dutch, Spanish, Chinese, African- just to name a few. Of course, Caribbean cookery relies on local ingredients- fresh fish, goat, coconuts, citrus, pineapple, allspice, thyme, Scotch Bonnet peppers, rice, potatoes and mangoes.
We will be cooking three of the most famous Caribbean dishes- Jerk Chicken Skewers, Fish Tacos and Coconut Curry. Enjoy!

Coconut Veggy Curry– sautéed with potatoes, zuchinni, bell peppers, and baby spinach (great for your vegetarian guests!)
Char-Grilled Jerk Chicken Skewers– all-natural chicken, zesty and tender from a 2 day marinade in our sweet, smoky, citrus-y BBQ sauce. Thyme paintbrush.
Fish Tacos- mango BBQ salmon, pineapple slaw, cilantro, lime wedges
Orange Habanero Hot Sauce
