Here’s The Menu…
Masa Harina Crepes “Divorciados”- nutty corn crepes filled with roasted corn, poblano chilies and three cheeses. They are called “divorciado” not because they don’t like each other, but that one side of the dish is topped with a red ranchero sauce and the other side a green salsa verde.
Char-Grilled Chicken Skewers- mango-habanero salsa
Tomatillo Glazed Chicken Skewers (great for spare ribs too!)
