Cinco De Mayo Cooking Class “A La Croc” Sat 4/4

$40This is a fun cooking class that will get you ready for Cinco De Mayo (one of our biggest catering days of the year!). We cook lots of the light and fresh dishes that have made our Mexican menus so popular here at Crocodile.
The Menu
Pico De Gallo- tomato, white onion, jalapeno, cilantro, vinegar, salt
Pineapple Salsa- pineapple, red pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, organic mint, salt
Guacamole Spread– tomatillo, avocadoes, white vinegar, garlic salt, chipotle powder, olive oil, pico de gallo
Shrimp Ceviche- cucumber, avocado, orange, lime, jalapeno, cilantro
Portabello Mushroom “Ceviche” Display- charred lemon, jalapeno, bell pepper, red onion, organic chives
Tomatillo Glazed Swordfish Kabobs- pineapple salsa
Beef Tostadas- homemade corn tortillas topped with beans, overnight beef, cheddar cheese. Topped with guacamole spread and traditional garni
