Boneless Wings- Kurt’s honey mustard dipping sauce. Choose: Buffalo or Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub or Classic Kansas City BBQ
Strawberry Patch Salad- chopped romaine topped with sliced strawberries, feta cheese, toasted almonds, shaved radishes, with balsamic and ranch dressings.
Organic Veggie Tray- smoky red pepper hummus

Korean Beef Sticks- tender flank steak skewered up and chargrilled with Kurt’s Korean BBQ sauce. (GF)
Classic Bruschetta- sourdough baguette toasts topped with diced heirloom tomatoes, Israeli basil, Sicilian olive oil and Himalayan pink sea salt.
Mini Philly Cheesesteak Sliders- with American and provolone cheeses and caramelized onions served up on mini seeded steak rolls (great for out-of-town guests!).
“Margherita” Lollipops- skewers of buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes & fresh basil are drizzled with extra-virgin-olive-oil & sea salt. Balsamic drizzle on the side.
Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail- served with Kurt’s orange-habanero cocktail sauce (add $4/person)
Veggie Stuffed Mushrooms- stuffed with spinach, three cheeses and corn tortilla gratin (great for your vegetarian guests!). (GF)
Baked Brie Bruschetta- topped with melted brie, toasted almonds and local honey.
Tortilla Chips & Homemade Dips- our salsa fresca, homemade guacamole and Rachel’s orange-habanero crema
